White Shoulders by Evyan for Women - 2.6 oz Bath Powder

What an elegant, soft, beautiful and delicate scent! This was a blind purchase, and I don’t regret it at all. The powder is very fine, lightweight, and soft, it even contains fine specks of glitter. Once applied, it blurs your skin and smells so lovely. Scent is definitely very fresh, clean, luxurious, and classic. Not too loud and very elegant, with a white floral accord. You also get a hint of aldehydes, but it’s subtle and not at all overpowering like some other vintage fragrances. I can see myself layering this with Chanel No. 5, Chanel Mademoiselle, or even White Diamonds by Elizabeth Taylor. I’ve already received compliments while wearing this on its own, it also lasts on the skin so the longevity is great. I like that this comes with its own puff, however, I wish the puff came with a strap to place your fingers in while applying. It’s easy to slip out of your grip. The jar is also pretty large and you get a lot of product. I like displaying it on my vanity! Overall an amazing product, especially for the price. I’ll be buying this if it comes in an actual EDT/EDP.

This powder smells so good! The container the powder and puff are housed in is pink plastic with gold lettering (the White Shoulders logo). The container actually looks pretty and simple on my bathroom counter. I just secured the top of the container with my hand, turned it over and gently shook the container to get the powder on the puff. It looks pretty and smells pretty in my bathroom.

Considering that I've just ordered my 5th one, I'd say I love this powder! I've tried other dusting powders but nothing compares to this classic, luxurious smell. A long soak in epson salt and a dusting of this powder is a must have for me every night. Absolutely love it!

So, my mom had a container of this when I was little that she kept baby powder in after the White Shoulders was all used up, but I didn't know that was where it came from- I just remembered the box. When I went looking for a box like it (for baby powder) in stores, people were like "that sounds really old fashioned," but didn't know where to find something like it. So, I took to the internets and found this and another perfumed body powder. But this one is definitely the one my mom had. I remember the gold lettering, and I even remember the smell. Yeah, so did I spend $13 on what is essentially the packaging? I kinda did. But I like the powder- I've been using it instead of deodorant on days when I'm just in the office and not moving around much. It is a little weird that I smell like my mom, but it's not unpleasant. I like my mom. When I run out I will probably just refill the container with baby powder like she does, but that won't be for a while because there is a lot of it.

It’s White Shoulders. The essence of simple elegance. Just don’t get carried away in using it. I don’t believe any powder is could to breathe in. I hold my breath and just dab it on. It's so nice after a bath.

This is my favorite scented bath powder and I order more each time I run low on it. HOWEVER, I did notice in this last purchase, that even though I use it sparingly, it at least SEEMED to be gone after a MUCH shorter time than in the past. I hope that is NOT the case because if it is so, I will have no choice but to cease ordering it every few weeks. It just appears to me that after just 3 or 4 weeks of using it in my usual sparingly way, that it ran out MUCH more quickly! My intent is not to accuse the company of putting less power in each container, but I'm saying ONLY that for SOME REASON, even after MY USUAL practice of using the bath powder extremely sparingly each time, that I now, WAY much earlier than in the past, the container is almost empty! Thank you for allowing me to present this concern. I MAY decide to order it one more time, but if I find that it arrives with again a much smaller supply, I will absolutely NOT purchase it again after that. Other than my disappointment stated above, I absolutely love this delicate body powder's gentle fragrance! Thank you for letting me share my concern.
