Easy to use and works great!
Five stars. This tool works fast and works well. You drop it into the drain and attach to your drill. You pull it out. Hair and gunk come with it. The drain flows like new. You avoid harsh chemicals. You avoid plumber bills. One pull solved a problem I dealt with for months. The design feels smart. Flexible body reaches bends with ease. Barbs grab hair on contact. Cleanup takes seconds. You reuse it over and over. One tool handles sinks, tubs, and showers. It paid for itself on day one. If your drain runs slow, buy this. Simple solution. Strong results.

Unhappy
Very unhappy with this product broke on the first you was trying to unclog a sink drain separated into two pieces. I wouldn't buy this again.

worked on a tough clog
Had a vey tough kitchen sink clog - about 2 - 3 inches of soap scum and dishwasher residue, tried sulfuric acid and lye. Nothing worked. Tried this snake. It punched a hole in the clog, but then broke before it could clear it the rest of the way. The hole allowed me to use chemicals to clear more of the clog. If it had not broken, I would give it a 5. If I have a repeat clog, I will purchase it again because it was the only thing that worked. FYI, can't use a regular snake because the drain has a screen in it that would not allow the snake in. This one fit.

Best $12 I have ever spent
I CANT BELIEVE WE DIDN’T BUY THIS SOONER! This is quite literally the best $12 I have spent. Talk about getting the hair out of a drain. You will be absolutely disgusted and relieved to see what comes out of the drain. I’m not posting photos because of how gross it was seeing all the wet hair come out. What a wonderful product! Do not hesitate to buy. The best value and so easy to attach to a hand drill.

Barely useful
Worked really well and then instantly kinked and is now functionally useless. Best disposable drain clearing product. Worst durable one.
