I bought this after my ancient Ped Egg gave out. I tried the callus remover on my feet after showering, as recommended. But for my serious, thick calluses, it didn't do well at all when the bottoms of my feet were still soft. It worked much better when my feet were dry and no longer soft. As many have noted, the vacuum is a bust and is the reason for deducting one star in the rating. After using it, the remover had dust all over it with little in the dust collector. I'm glad I bought it for the callus remover ability and not for the vacuum. I made sure to have a towel down instead of relying on that feature. It does a good job of grinding down my dry calluses. The charge on mine has lasted for a couple of sessions, even on the high setting, which is why I went back to five stars. However, the additional tools that come with it are meh and cheap, and I wouldn't count on getting much use out of any of them. Overall, I am happy with it.

I am not a fan. I have bought other ones and they worked great. I liked that this had a vaccuum type feature which is wonderful and loved the look and size. It is easy to use and clean but the speed and quality of the disc's are not the greatest. I honestly dont feel like my feet are smooth after using this. I would not recommend.

Great for my hands. Keeps my blue collar hands from callousing up and cracking. My fingertips get really bad with built up skin and they eventually Crack and take forever to heal. I usually have to super glue them. This will keep them from ever getting there again.
