Great product, easy to install, and does what claims it’s supposed to do

I must say so far it’s perfect! It’s not too large or too small and the battery pack base (sold separately) makes using around the house simple with no interruptions including dropping in on your contacts. Highly recommend that also. The only one thing I dislike and the one reason I have it a four star rating is because I ordered a white echo show 8 and a white charging base and I received my order yesterday to find a black echo show 8 with the black battery base that came the week prior. The only thing that was correct was the charger. It was the only thing that was white as ordered. When I researched I was informed that they don’t have black chargers anymore, only white ones. For this I feel there should be at least a store credit given to anyone with a black echo show 8 but white charger. The credit should be good for accessories for the eco show 8, or included a discount code for the charging base. Other than this weird issue, so far, so good. If things change I’ll give an update! But for now, if you can deal with a white charger if you order a black echo show 8, then I highly recommend this unit!
