Although we have only used this robot inside the house we are very pleased with the results. It’s easy to use and sticks on very well to the glass - so much so that I detached the safety rope. Perhaps a little bit noisy but does an excellent job and leaves a streak free finish. The manufacturer states that it can be used outside but I would imagine it would struggle with heavy sea salt deposits left after the weekends weather!

I'm going to give an honest review. Being disabled I struggle to manually clean my windows and fremch rear doors. I do have a window cleaner who comes but Tbh since they have changed the way in which they clean the windows (brush on long pole) rather than using a ladder they have often left drip marks on all the windows that when dried make the windows look dirty again instantly. I have a robot vac and mop system in the house which I find to be a godsend that keeps my floors nice and clean and thought I'd give a try to a robot window cleaner. I had my doubts whether it would perform well and can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I tested it out on my dirtiest windows in the house (rear fremch doors) which is often get covered in dirty paw prints from the animals wanting back into the house! I did quickly swill the window outside with the hose and removed the excess water just because the paw prints were quite excessive having not been done for a month or so. The glass in the door is quite narrow but long in length which is why I chose this area first to see how it would cope with narrow glass. It coped well with it working its way across and down slowly ensuring it cleaned every section of glass. Only downside is it doesn't quite get into the corners due it being round pads but the small area it misses in each corner won't cause me to lose any sleep! I did both inside and outside of each pane of glass and was happy with the result. Paw prints are gone, no streaks and looks so much cleaner! I'm not going to lie they aren't spotless but then it has been a while since being cleaned so I wasn't expecting them to be. I'm sure with regular use the results will be much better. But I give it a thumbs up for the first time clean. I then decided to give it a go on my glass walk in shower screen. This is obviously cleaned more regularly than the rear door however as expected the screen did have a lot of water & soap marks. It handled the water marks brilliantly but didn't get all the soap residue off (which let's face it isn't the easiest thing to remove manually anyway!) I used a damp microfiber cloth just to loosen off the soap residue, wiped it dry and let the robot go over it again. The results were far better. Nice clean glass with no marks left. I was really nervous when it got to the outside edge of the glass as it did hang over the edge thinking it would lose suction and fall off but it didnt. Going slightly over the edge meant it got cleaned right up to the edge. Again it missed the 1 corner of the screen where it meets the wall and floor but didnt miss a beat on the other 3 corners where it could go slightly off the edge to ensure it all got cleaned. Again the area is that small and so close to the floor and wall its not noticeable and I certainly won't be losing sleep over that. It's not as noisy as I thought it was going to be, it's probably as loud as my dyson handheld but quieter than my robot vac. Suction was good it didn't slip or fall off any of the surfaces. I think I can now cancel my window cleaner and the money I save from not having to pay them means the robot will soon pay for itself!! I did use a solution of 50/50 water and white vinegar which left the glass clean, shiny and streakfree. It's fascinating to watch it move around the window spraying cleaning solution as it goes and marvelling at the results when it's finished. Let's face it cleaning windows is a chore nobody enjoys but now I can simply let this robot do its thing while I get on with a different task!. I will be trying it on my mirrored wardrobe and bathroom tiles and I am sure it will handle these areas with the same ease it did on the shower screen and rear door. Cleaning windows will now be a joy watching in marvel as it goes about its duties and not have that feeling of dread that windows need cleaning! I have given it 4 out of 5 stars. 1 star docked just because of the tiny area it leaves in corners (which I'm not really concerned about) and that I had to help a little with the soap residue (which I guessed I would anyway as it takes some scrubbing when I clean them manually myself) but I said I wanted to give as honest opinion as possible hence the 4 star rating. If you are like me and wondering should I take the plunge and get a robot window cleaner I would say absolutely yes. Who wants to be cleaning windows inside and out I certainly dont it's so much nicer looking out of clean windows. And yes OK it leaves a very small area (prob the soze of 20p piece) in each corner but that's a massive improvement than having the whole window dirty to look through!

Splendid! We’re best friends already. With arthritis in my hands and wrists cleaning windows is very difficult. Watching my new best friend clean them is all together much more fun. And he does a better job than me!

Absolute rubbish. Did a dry clean perfectly. As soon as I tried to use the spray function it kept falling off the window and broke both pad assemblies. It is going straight back.

Solid design, works like a charm.

I bought this as I cant access the outside windows. Its done a marvellous job - the only part if cant reach is the corners, but I can see out of my windows again! I did spray my own window cleaner to make them extra clean and it did a great job. Make sure that the device is suctioned properly as it did fall on one attempt (lucky caught by the safety rope). Great buy, glad I bought it to try!

good product very easy to operate

Oh wow! This is marvelous. I live in a third floor maisonette which has windows that are virtually inaccessible. For 10 years i have been TRYING to use manual magnetic cleaners but to get them to match up I scraped skin off my arms trying to get in the right position and then they would fall off anyway!!! This gadget could have saved me 10 years worth of scraped arms and the danger of hanging out of a third floor window if id only known it existed. The best £90 I have ever spent. It has NOT fallen off at all and I now have windows i can see out of. It doesn't get the corners because it's round but I will take 4 grubby corners after years of completely grubby windows any day.
