This worked for me.
This was the most amazing purchase. I was introduced to this through a "dr Berg" video not the brand but it's contents. I recently developed burning in my hands and feet, which apparently was linked to a deficiency in vitamin B1. Here's the part I found interesting this form of Vit b1 is fat soluble and helps to move the glucose into the cells more efficiently. On day 2 of taking this the burning sensations disappeared. Do your own research before you decide and check with your pharmacist too, especially if your on medication.
