Bohana Pink Himalayan Salt, 6 Pack | All Natural Non-GMO Super Snack

I loved the fact that I could actually snack and not have to worry about needing extra insulin. 1/2 package is a good amount for a snack and only nudges my sugar levels about 10 points. Everyone's insulin's resistance is different, so don't know if it will work this well for you, but I'd get it even if it didn't because 1/portion is very filling, and I actually feel satisfied. Takes 2 or more cups of popcorn with lots of butter to get the same effect.

I am absolutely in love with the white cheddar. Its the crunchy of popcorn without the nasty hulls getting stuck in your teeth and gums. Never again. Popcorn who? Seriously though, can't go wrong, this is no carbs, filling to the stomach, doesn't upset my stomach like popcorn did. Has Protein. I have a feeling once the world gets news of this new, HEALTHY snack, it will take off like crazy.

I really like these healthy, convenient snacks but I appear to be the only one in my household who does. Lots of “yucks” when we tried them - but I’m hooked. A bit sweet, a bit salty, unusual taste but addictive. Definitely will reorder these. Low calorie, crunchy and satisfying.

I saw these on shark tank and decided to give them a try as another healthier snack option. We ordered the white cheddar. I popped a couple in my mouth and they tasted ok at first, but then the flavor changed quickly as I chewed. They are really gross. My husband won't even eat them, and he will eat everything. I do not recommend them at all, and they are extremely overpriced.

The product tastes a little bland. I ordered Pink Himalayan Salt but did not find it salty. I wish I had tried the other flavors as well. There are a lot of popped seeds in a bag. It is good and crunchy, so I will buy it again but in a different flavor.

The pink Himalayan salt is our favorite flavor of the 3 kinds. It has a nice satisfying crunch and a unique flavor with just a subtle hint of salt. My 3 year old loves it and begged us to open the box as soon as it arrived! We usually eat this during family game night or outside as an afternoon snack. It’s a healthier substitute for most snacks that would fall in this category, I’d recommend it for kids and adults alike!

I have ordered Bohana over and over again. I love the taste...if you eat clean & enjoy clean food you will love the taste too. At first it's a new and different taste and then its addicting. It is the perfect snack to me bc I can have a nice sized portion and a salty snack without any guilt...I have packed these so many times in my luggage, backpack and or purse so I can have a clean snack with me! Sea Salt is my go to flavor! My order always arrives fresh!

I saw these on Shark Tank and was interested in trying them out, since "popped water lily seeds" was different. The packaging is cute. The taste is weird. It sort of has a smokiness to them which I didn't expect. I also didn't like that you had to purchase a 6 pack. It should've been available as a 3 pack for new customers. Also this sounds like unsubstantiated health claims: "Bohana popped water lily seeds even increase vitality, reduces inflammation and balance the body's PH." I won't repurchase.
