This silicone Apple Vision Pro battery cover gives life to the boring grey color. I did not find any excessive heat and it did not interfere with the charging of the battery. It’s not necessary but it does accentuate the battery of the high priced and complex Apple Vision Pro. It gives the battery “character” while you are immersed in virtual reality. The cover comes in several colors but I chose red, the color of an “apple”. I give this red silicone cover 4 stars and a high recommendation

Within days of getting my Vision Pro, the smooth battery slipped out of my hand and got a small scratch. I realized that I wanted some kind of protection for it. This case fits VERY tight but it's nice and thin and gives me some scratch protection as well as some extra grippyness. It's thin enough that I don't think it provides much it the way of drop protection but I didn't want anything that was overly bulky so I'm quite happy with it.
