We’ve been using these Liberty Leap7x SCHLPRO-3 shoes for my 4 year-old daughter’s school for the past 3 months, and they’re a game-changer. with a sleek, professional look that doesn’t scream “sneaker.” What stands out most is the comfort – the cushioned insole and lightweight EVA sole make them feel like walking on clouds, even after a full day of running around the playground. Complaint regarding poor quality of Liberty Leap77 Shoes I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a pair of Liberty Leap77 shoes purchased via Amazon on 31st July. Within just a few months of use, the shoes have started falling apart. As you can see in the attached photos: * The stitching is coming off from multiple places. * The upper material has developed cracks and holes, making them unwearable. * The overall durability is far below the standard expected from a brand like Liberty. Given that these shoes were for a child, such poor quality is unacceptable and raises concerns about the material used. I request you to look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution, either through a replacement or a refund.

Liberty leapz is my go-to shoes for every school year. It is durable, value for money and comfortable. This year I have had to return the shoes twice due to a problem with their size chart. First I chose UK 2 size for a proper measurement of 8.9 inches. The shoes were unwearable. I returned it and got size UK 3 as it showed 9.1 inches as the foot size. This time too it was tight and it pinched her sides. Upon measuring I realized that 9.3 which is 4 UK size is better fit. There is just .2 inches different between one size and another. I am quite surprised that they measure this way for growing feet. I have taken a snap of her old shoes which she is still wearing (UK 4) and the new shoes which is UK 3. Clearly the old shoes are better and have been comfortable for the past year (8-9 years). Seller has to check the size chart to avoid returns. If you still want to buy this really good product but don't want to return it due to size problems like I had, please order 2 sizes big.
