3.5⭐️
This book was super cute! I loved reading another Sarah Adams book, they’re always so wholesome. I liked the premise of the book and I liked the dual POV. The characters were good too and I thought the pacing was good as well!

How bad can prank wars with the enemy be!
The classic four friends, two who have been together since they were little getting married, their BFF's who HATE each other (and have done since school) with a passion are at each others throats also haven't seen each other in years. June just needs to get through the week leading up to the wedding with Ryan who turns up looking hotter than a flame, he will leave Charleston and be back in his perfect life as soon as its done or can he persuade her to give up her famoud rule after five years. I really loved this story line it had just the right amout of laughter, love and loathing. A really easy and fun read. 10/10 :-)

Great read.
Funny and sweet. I also enjoyed reading 'The Match' (it happened in Charleston Book 1) but I enjoyed this story, 'The Enemy' (it happened in Charleston Book 2) more.

Funny
A very nice read indeed. A couple fighting all high school meets again 12 years later. The urgency to win again never went away. It's just a matter of figuring out what fuels the fight, hate or maybe the opposite. Funny pranks, brilliant interfering family, laughing out loud funny.

Not going to be a classic but an enjoyable fun read
I like this author’s sense of humour and the corners of my mouth did turn up a good few times while reading this book. It was an easy, cheerful romp with a HEA.

When feuding becomes loving.
When feuding becomes loving. I listened to The Enemy immediately after finishing The Match, and enjoyed it almost as much - if only there had been another dog! Evie and Charlie do make the odd appearance, but this one is all about the enemies to lovers story of June and Ryan. After their last meeting, twelve years ago, June is convinced that she hates Ryan, but of course, deep down, she wants the one kiss they experienced together to make another appearance - twelve years later! The back-and-forth bickering between the two is a fun narrative, there were lots of laugh-out-loud moments, and many more when I just wanted to bang their heads together and lock them in a room! The narrators did a great job with the two main characters, I just love a dual narration, and of course we get our happily ever after - did you expect anything else?

WOW! WOW! WOW! JUST. WOW!!!!!! Oh my gosh! I've read an unlimited amount of romantic books on Kindle. It's always the same. And I don't complain! But THIS ONE?!?! It surpasses all!! There is not a second that I didn't like in this book. It's so funny, I've laughed a couple of times, the relationship between Ryan and June is EXTRAORDINARY! The connection, the feelings, the conversations... All so well portrayed! And the drama! Haha! I'm laughing because there is NO drama!!!!! I hate drama! I hate it with my whole heart and even more because it's the same pattern in each book I read. But here? It was beautiful. No bad decisions, no stupid drama. Just real and profound reflexion leading Ryan and June to get closer and closer. The humor was so great, the way Ryan approched June so she would run away, the friendships between June and her friend, her mother, her brother... And the conversations between them! Wait. I already said that! I'm in love with this book. In fact, I'm going to buy it right now because I'll read it again, and again. I think the author is my new favorite. After buying this one, I'll read all the other books she wrote!

It was my first book by Sarah Adams and it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely try another book. The MCs were sweet and funny. I love their dynamic. The FMC was stubborn and self sabotaging but not insufferable. The MMC, Ryan Henderson, did not top Ryan Shay from The Right Move but he was great.

Loved it. It was funny and real. I love reading Sarah Adam’s novels. They are just enough fun and romance.

I love Ryan so much, he’s oh so patient with June and her insecurities. I had a goofy smile all the time while reading this book. It has become one of my favorite romcoms. They are sweet and funny, and I love their sense of humor.
