I’ve been using these since I first developed ankle pain and went to a sports massage therapist who recommended them. I’ve never looked back. I can’t wear any shoes without these in. The only shoes you can’t wear is flat shoes like vans as the thickness squeezes your feet. I wear them in my every day trainers (my Nike 95s) as well as my timberland boots. I have had to take the original sole out of the trainers for extra room. This is my 3rd pair. My ankle pain has heeled and are brilliant for my flat feet. I also find it supports my posture as I have hyper lordosis of the spine and I no longer have back pain when standing for long periods of time. I wore them the whole time at a 4 day festival and could stand and dance for hours on end. My friend has tried them and also loved them. Will always repurchase.

Works fairly well and fits my shoes ok. Price is good and quality is OK. Supports the feet. Not to hard.

As boot manufacturers seem to put the cheapest insoles in very expensive boots I have tried many insoles, these are rigid thick very comfortable and of a great quality that have not failed as yet, been using seven days a week for at least a year

Its ok but not really soft on the heel , it doesn’t help with my plantar fasciitis

I bought these for my partner who was suffering from plantar fasciitis. They brought him instant comfort in day to day life. He was also able to continue playing basketball and the pain has ceased with continued use and support from these insoles. True to size

Best what I had

Comfortable insoles. They are very supportive of feet. A little expensive but worth it. They are a tad too thick doesn't leave much room for feet, but as I wear them in my work shoes (which are wide fitting) they aren't too bad. Where as in my trainers/normal shoes they take up too much room. Would recommend but I would.mention the thickness too.

After trying 20 different kinds of insoles - from dr.scholes, steppers ect... I decided to try these insoles for plantar fasciitis, been suffering for 5 months. I'm on my feet for 8-9 hours a day. These are the most comfortable insoles out of all of them. My feet dont ache anymore and I've only worn them 3 times. Excellent product!
