If you are looking for a high fiber, low sugar cereal this is a great choice. This arrived on Mother's Day so I had cereal for breakfast. I drizzled a little honey on it and poured on some whole milk. With the honey it was perfectly sweet. I will say this is very crunchy and does take a strong jaw to chew it. It has quinoa, millet, spelt, barley, oat and wheat in it so very filling. The expiration date was all the way out to November 2025! Everything arrived in great condition and I am very happy with this cereal as it tastes delicious and is very nourishing. ~The Rebecca Review

I love this cereal!! It's healthy with lots of good fiber and not a lot of sugar. It tastes delicious with almond milk. It keeps me full for hours. I also like that it's organic. Good price too! Will definitely be buying it again.

I was happy with this cereal. It has a nice crunch and a simple, not-too-sweet flavor that works well on its own or with fruit added. I feel like something I can feel good about eating. The box is a good size and lasts a while. Overall, it’s a solid breakfast option, and I would buy it again.

I have been eating Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes Cereal for many years. One of the best cereals, and healthy, I have used. Great brand. great taste and texture, will not gain a lot of weight.

The bag wasn't sealed completely. One of the corners didn't get hot enough to melt. Anyway the cereal taste good. It's real crunchy, idk if that's cause the vent but I recommend. I dont know how to message the company so here ya go.

Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal has been my cereal of choice for many years. Topped with about a tablespoon of granola, it is a filling and delious and healthy way to start the day. I learned recently. though, that the price of Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal, 32 oz was a dollr less on Amazon than my Farmer's Market store. With grocery prices so high toda,y ever bit of savings count.

Picked this to try because it tops most lists of cereals that are "clean" & good for you. I wasn't expecting to like it much, but wanted something healthy. I actually do like it - a lot. I am ordering more. It tastes really good with no added sweetener. I really like that it stays so crunchy in milk. I call it my "favorite hippie food"! LOL

I love the taste of this product. It stays crunchy in milk and has a rich flavor. These ancient grains have been pushed aside by corn, rice and wheat, which is a shame. The ancient grains have great nutritional value that hasn't been messed with by modern Science. The engineering of modern grains have harmed the nutritional values inherent in the grain species, so we dump artificial nutritional additives into them to make up for it. It's a sort of madness.

Love this cereal, was happy to find it’s sold in Australia, used to purchase in the US when I lived there. Zero sugar, every single cereal here in Oz has either stevia, or sugar.

Love it. Reorder all the time. Add Honey to make it perfectly!
