I am super picky about vitamins and hate that horrible “vitaminy” taste. You know which one I’m taking about. I have tried everything under the sun since my 2022 VSG surgery: Chewables, bariatrics, pediatrics, and liquids, and most of them are awful. Simply awful. They either make my stomach hurt, causes nausea, have that wretched aftertaste. NOT THIS ONE!! WOW!! MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin & Hair Growth liquid is AMAZNG! No horrible taste, easy to take, no stomach upset, and no nausea. The ingredients list has all good things in it. I take 2 tablespoons a day, and have been taking it a few days. No jesting here—I can feel the difference!! I feel great! More energy, better mood, just a general sense of feeling energetic and good. Because of that, and the lack of nausea, I’m going to say the absorption is pretty good. I will keep buying this and taking this because it is the first vitamin that I have taken since my surgery that feels like it’s actually working. Two big, BIG thumbs up. Great taste (for a vitamin), easy to take, easy on my belly, not so easy on my pocketbook, but inline with other vitamins I have taken. Very highly recommended.

I waited to write a review to see if I saw results. I am now on my 3rd bottle and can say that this works! My hair is no longer shedding and my hairstylist who didn't know I had been taking the vitamin commented on how healthy my hair was after not seeing her for 4 months. I cut my hair short and it has grown back quickly. I like the taste but it is sweet. It tastes better cold. It's very easy to use with just 2 tablespoons and the bottle lasts a long time. I did notice higher energy as well. The ingredients seem great and I feel the liquid absorbs better. I will definitely keep using. Keep at it and you will see results.

This is a good vitamin. The price is what kills me! 30ml per day, 15 servings! I don't think I can afford to get this every 15 days. It was recommended for my hair thinning, but I'm going to have to try something else, unless they sell a larger bottle. A month's supply maybe? Can't be ordering this every 2 weeks. Taste is good, but too soon to share results unfortunately.

I wanted to wait at least 90+ days to leave a review to see how good this stuff really is and I’m a permanent buyer for this vitamin. I have Hypokalemia in my left kidney and I have tried every vitamin to help with my condition without sending me into shock, and this is perfection! It is exactly what I need! It helps me feel energized, focused and alert with no upset stomach, no stomach pain and I live with a bleeding ulcer,. I have trouble with hair growth due to lack of vitamins in my body and I needed help with the fine lines under my eyes and my under eye lines are almost gone! It’s also helped me with my stretch marks from having children and has also tightened lose skin in my belly and arms from losing 200lbs! my hair has grown so much! And there’s less breakage and hair that comes out when I brush/wash it! The flavor is so good! It taste like a fresh peach and easy to swallow! My nails are also growing long and strong! I colored my hair Jan 3,26 and this is my hair growth in less than 90 days! I apologize for the dandruff as it was wash day, but it also helped grow new hair and it’s so much thicker and healthier. Above all vitamins this is the best! It’s worth the $$ buy it and start your own testimony!

Pros: It works: Noticed thicker-feeling hair and faster nail growth within a month. High Absorption: Being liquid, it feels much more effective than the handful of pills I used to take. Taste: The peach mango is delicious; no "vitamin" aftertaste. Cons: Price: Very expensive for a monthly supplement. Size: The bottle is huge and takes up a lot of fridge space once opened. I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there.
