Was little skeptical at first but after reading the reviews and deciding on this one. It works great so much easier to use with the app or key card. Wish I did this sooner. I already order more key fobs to keep on hand for dog sitter and such it’s great I can activate or deactivate it if lost or whatever and not worry about having an actual key out. I like the control of the automatic lock as well. Plus having a keypad touch screen for a code as well. Great product thank you. Was also very simple to install it took me maybe 30 minutes to replace my old key lock with this one.

I was hesitant to purchase because I've never heard of this brand. Looks great, works great. Easy installation. Everything needed was in the box. I only gave it 4 stars because it says you can use you're smart phone as a key and I could never get that option set up to work. I'm not an electrician but I consider myself to be pretty handy, followed all steps and just could not get my phone to unlock this. Otherwise the key pad and finger print read and work very well.

Great purchase. Somewhat easy to install. We had a little trouble programming our phones - mainly because my husband didn't read the entire instructions first. A quick call to the help number resolved the issue. Very well made with added weight which made it very solid. The connectivity is spot on. The fingerprinting option is very easy to operate. Highly recommend!

Best decision I have made for the new condo I just recently bought in Lewes Delaware that I am renovating. Works perfect with multiple options. I am still figuring things out as far as remote use. I set it up with google home but haven’t had a chance to see how it works with it. But I set it to lock automatically once I shut the door after 60 sec., which is good for Grandchildren. I also activated a Fob for my daughter and created a passcode for me. But the app is awesome and you can just oress the circle on the app and it opens. It was the first time I changed a door handle like that, which was a little challenging since the one the the place came with was not installed properly. I had to fill the holes from theirs with metal filler and drill a new hole. I highly recommend reading the directions and watch the videos because it will save you a lot of time. This is a very good product. I love it! Now I need to paint the door and everything around it😂❤️
