This worked perfectly for using my C-Pap overnight on battery power in my small camper. Not wanting to run a generator all night when Boondocking this was the perfect solution. Solar panels recharge the battery the next day.

Worked well for what I needed. Haven’t had any issues with it. I run it off a deep cycle battery and the digital display shows how much voltage is being used and how many volts are remaining in the battery. Would recommend

One day delivery, which is great for an Amazon seller (not from Amazon warehouse). The 500W inverter is great out of box. Hooked up the 2 alligator clips (don't need cigarette-type plug in), attached to new-ish fully-charged 12v battery (Harbor Freight), 10w small solar panel (with trickle charger - Harbor Freight), and remote controller for DIY Topens (Amazon) electric gate opener. I specifically purchased this 500w inverter because it's fan does NOT run all the time, just on demand which is what I need for my gate to open (once in a while). Gate is 700 feet from house Wifi with a hill inbetween, so had to set up a "booster" on hill. All 4 items (battery, solar panel, inverter and remote controller) are either inside a large wooden box or outside attached to the box, and all up a slight hill, so I can't be running up and down the hill every day to check on the whole set up. I have another 500w inverter and since it's fan runs continually (24/7), it drained the new battery in a few days. The 10w solar only charges during the day but with the fan running 24 hours, the battery went down to 5.51v within 4 days. Got battery back up to appropriate levels using another trickle charger and now have everything hooked up and running smoothly. Be aware, if you want a smaller inverter, most have fans that run all the time (noisy or otherwise) and can drain a battery really fast. Also, this inverter is brand new on the market (May 2025) so there isn't a long time with people testing. There is no where on inverter or User Manual that says where it is manufactured, only on cardboard box inverter was in (China), and who to contact for warranty on user manual. I like it for my usage - don't need it to power up any electronic gadgets, TVs, car battery or camping. I bought it specifically for the 500w, small, aluminum case, fan runs on demand and good price. As stated before, new on market, so can't tell it's longevity, just brand new, out of the box, it's great and LED readouts are clear and match my voltmeter (I have 2, one old and expensive, and one new and cheap), and both measured all 4 items (AC and DC) almost identical. FYI, I'm 82-year-old female and do most everything myself. Learn as I go, but know it works when I'm finished.

Works good for me. I can run my laptop and also charge my phone at the same time. I am a road warrior. Working out of my car in sales. It's perfect for small low current appliances like laptops or a printer. Quiet and stays cool.

Has voltage protection that kicks in at 10v, i get that it keeps enough to start a car, but what if its coming off a external battery? Could not find a way to disable, thus VERY limited in its over night usefulness, wish there was a way to use as much battery as needed.

We like this inverter because of the digital led display indicating both battery inputs and voltage output. It works great for camping.

So far so good. Versatal and I like the voltmeter readout. I built my own battery pack for camping out of this.
