I think it helped get rid of my worms. Just know that it gives you stomach pain as it absorbs mucus. Your body has more ability to create mucus than worms do yet it still responds when something weird is going on like mucus problems in your gut. Just don't mistake the stomach pain this gives you for worm pain.

I first used Natures Sunshine black walnut for worms 15 years ago and I was pleased with the results. I felt better and had more energy and am expecting the same results with this purchase. My delivery came yesterday so I will provide an update later.
