I didn't know if this product worked bc I only took it sometimes, BUT once I started taking it consistently everyday and noticed my eye brow hairs that I shave/get shaped were growing out faster and longer than usual. That was the first sign this collagen was working, but my nails are DEFINITE PROOF. I just took off my faux nails after 3 weeks. Usually I take them off after 1 or 2 and they are brittle and breaking. But look at this video, they still have glue on them but are STRONG! Not breaking or brittle, and each nail grew out the same length and the they LOOK healthy and strong! That is not not normal after wearing faux nails, so this collagen is effective. It tastes good, not like candy/sweet, but has a nice brief fruitiness that fades quickly. I put the 1ml drops under my tongue for 60seconds for faster, more potent absorption. My skin is always healthy thankfully so I can't tell if it's helping my skin. No negative side effects detected and I've consumed this collagen since September 2024

Easy to swallow and taste great .

This stuff is nasty. It doesn’t have a smell but the I was not a fan of the taste. Now, you don’t taste it if you mix it in something only when it’s taken straight.

Tastes great, its clean and organic with no preservatives, additives, natural flavor or added sugar. Low in calories and ive seen a increase in my nails and my skin is doing alittle better so far but only been using it almost a week. My nails and hair usually take forever to grow and everything else has chemicals and additives

To be 100% honest, I don't know if this is making a difference to my health. Is it all in my head? I don't know for certain. I can tell you that since adding this to my regular daily vitamin regiment, it feels like my nails are getting stronger and I'm shedding less hair. I keep this in the refrigerator, as recommended, and take a dose in the morning. One thing I do that isn't suggested on the packaging is shake it well before taking. Lastly, the flavor is not bad at all. I don't think I would want a full tablespoon of it, but when dropped on the back of the tongue, the flavor isn't bad.

To sweet for me

I’ve tried other biotin supplements and not had as good results as this one. I use it to reduce neuropathy in my feet and keep my blood sugar levels down. It also has completely erased the sandpaper skin ion my heels. Skin is now soft.
