I get these for my 80+ Dad he loves them. They last for about a year for him wearing everyday. One usually will die before the other then we busy another set and he has an extra just in case. He has had to prescription very expensive hearing aids and he likes these better (probably mostly because of the price) but the work for him and he doesn’t have to worry about losing or breaking since the price point is good. I would recommend to anyone!

Adjusting to fit both ears is easy, just an easy twist of one at the "ear hook" into the correct position. getting the proper fit of the earplugs is a little trickier but not hard. The batteries had more than enough charge in them I could give them an evening of trial then when it was bed time, I hooked them to their included charger for overnight full charge. Once have tried the controls, easy to operate and fine tune. I'm super impressed! Hearing sounds I haven't heard for years, if ever, having normal conversations without asking others to speak up is so pleasant and pleasing. I did need to play with the earplugs, trial and error thing, to get the correct fit. For hearing amplification, just what I needed and I'd buy again.

Hearing aids work great but find they are too big and bulky. They don’t want to stay in place behind ear. Have to constantly adjust them to keep them in place

I ordered a pair for a friend to help her out. The first arrived, with 2 aids for the left ear. We arranged to have the pair returned, and a second pair was sent as a replacement for the first pair, without charge. This was all very nice, but the second pair also has 2 aids for the left ear!! I don’t know why, but either the company has no quality assurance; or the people packaging the items don’t know the left and right aids are different, which would indicate a deficiency in training; or they are trying to get rid of wrongly packaged items by sending them out to unsuspecting patrons in the hopes that the patrons won’t know the difference. I haven’t heard from my friend yet if the left aid even works in the right ear, but will report on that. It is very frustrating, because her hearing is terrible and the left aid in the left ear makes it possible for me to have a conversation with her, but with the right ear aid, it would be even better. It is very frustrating. I would not order from this company again. I am giving them 1 star for sending a second pair without charge.

Received today and this review is simply about packaging and information provided in the package. The packaging is excellent with the main box inside a sleeve. The amplifiers are neatly packed in a holder akin to an earbud holder. The instructions are very clear and easily readable with pictures. Each aid has its own package of different size earplugs and cleaning brush. I have them currently charging and I’m looking forward to trying them. Honestly, I purchased these as backup for my daily hearing aid. I went over a week of having to wait for a part for my hearing aid and my old backups died at the same time! I specifically purchased these because I only wear one and these have 360 degree turning radius on the ear bud and great reviews. Will post another review after using them.

TLDR: Do not recommend buy something else... One unit failed after about 3 months the battery no longer holds a charge, (I didn't mind to much as I only needed one for the ear that has hearing loss) after about 6 months the other ones volume knob is coming detached and causing volume issues. don't recommend as they seem "Cheaply made" however, when they did work the sound was good about 3 out of 5 the fit was rough as my ears needed to get used to them, but every device will do that. The high volume cut was nice but sometimes failed and amplified the sound hurting my ear... its been almost one year... that works out to $60 bucks a year for hearing... Not a DLC I wanted to pay for but alas its... necessary...
