GREAT PRODUCT, DOES WORK....BUT VERY SMALL EASY TO ASSEMBLE, VERY STURDY

Silicon base is heavy weight but urine smell won't wash out. Walls are cheap and rickety. Not worth the money and no instructions where included to put together. Confusing extra parts? Also pictures in listing include dog not to scale.

Even it says frequently return item, I took the risk. And I'm so glad I did. My 4lbs Maltese use the balcony to go potty when is too hot or raining outside, and even though he uses the pads, sometimes his target is off and missed the mark when peeing. This system, although small, is perfect for him. He immediately raise his little leg inside the enclosure and for the first time he was happy to pee in the balcony. I changed the pads every two days or so, and cleaning is so easy. No more mopping the floor. I only use a vinegar solution to clean the panels. This idea is brilliant. It should come in different sizes, though, so other dogs parents can benefit too.

I was hesitant to order based on some other reviews but I'm glad I did. You shouldn't need instructions to put this together, it's pretty self explanatory. If you push the ends into the clips until it clicks into place then everything is VERY sturdy. If you don't then it will probably fall apart. The tape that is supposed to seal the gaps lasts about a day and then falls off which is why I docked a star. Otherwise it works great for my little guy who lifts his leg when he pee's. I like that the silicone mat can easily be washed off or cleaned if it ever gets dirty. I'll look into better tape for the corners but for now this works exactly as I hoped it would.

This doesn't look as big as shown in picture,. I didn't want to return it, because I needed it for training my Chihuahua ,not to pee in the corners, because of leakage on walls. So I only use it for the corners. Great concept but not worth the price and flimsy

Very good product helps contain my dog to know where he needs to go. This product helps him from making a mess everywhere.

Sides didnt stay on for 2 hrs. Dog had them knocked down the first time she went potty. The rubber mat was ok

During the training process, this was the best thing I could’ve ever bought to protect my floors. I got my dog later on not as a puppy, and he was not potty trained, and he was not neutered when I got him as well so he was used to lifting his leg. This has been a lifesaver of cleaning up. I also have the plastic underneath it put the potty pads on top of that come home to no mess just the potty pads to pick up other than that. He is potty trained when I get home only when I’m gone work for hours at a time and he can’t hold it Definitely would recommend if you’re having issues and always having to clean up with a dog that lifts their leg when they urinate
