Bone Broth - Variety Pack - 4 Count - Keto Friendly Concentrate with 16g Collagen, 20g Paleo Protein - Made from Free Range Chicken Bones & Grass Fed Beef - Single Serve Packets

I’ve tried two of the four flavors so far and they’re both very bland and weak. The chicken, turmeric and ginger tastes like very weak chicken flavor and the turmeric and ginger give no flavor OR color- it’s white. I used boiling water and stirred constantly and there’s still residue left in the mug so it didn’t dissolve well. It’s not explained if the 16g of collagen are part of the 20 grams of protein or if they’re separate. Why can’t I contact the manufacturer? I like the idea especially for hiking or other times this would be easy to carry but for half or less of the price I can get 32 fl oz of liquid organic bone broth elsewhere that tastes richer with similar macros. I feel bad bc I understand why this has to cost what it does but it’s just not something i can justify on a regular basis

I was told by my doctor to drink a cup of bone broth daily. I picked this brand to try first because it is more affordable than some of the higher rated ones. There were four flavors in the variety pack I ordered. The chicken with ginger and turmeric was the only flavor I would drink again. The others, to me, had an odd undertaste. These do not dissolve easily or quickly, and if you don’t drink it fast enough, it gets a bit gloppy. I’m thinking, though, that these would be ideal for campers and hikers, because they are very compact and could be carried in a backpack, and they would provide a nutritional broth, although it would help to bring some herbs to enhance these flavors. Since I am supposed to drink bone broth every day, I ended up going with a more expensive brand with a better flavor and normal consistency.

Bought the sampler pack to try after having had horrible experiences with a few other powder broths. These are AMAZING. Boiled up water in the kettle, poured it over the puck and was left with totally dissolved, clear, delicious broth! So far I’ve had the chicken ginger turmeric and beef mushroom flavors, both are wonderful and I recommend 10/10. Enjoyed them so much that I’ve already added more to my next Amazon cart! Really helping me meet my protein goals after my esophagitis, they may be a bit more expensive but totally worth every penny in my mind when compared to flavorless, gritty powder based broths I’ve tried previously.

It feels a bit odd to just dissolve a gelatinous puck of substance into hot water and drink it....but it does taste good. The taste is much better than cartons of bone broth that I have purchased from grocery store - those had a burnt and 'watery' taste...but not this stuff. I carry it around a 6-pack in my golf bag along with a thermos and offer it to folks...so far nobody has taken me up on it, but that's their loss really.

great to add to food to up protein. It is thick - I don’t know how else to explain what I don’t like. A fatty mouth feel and taste? I added better than bouillon for flavor.
