A very great set of small tongs. I use them for my silver refining and it has been very helpful. I did break one of the welds on one of them but I probably heated it too much. I repurchased a new set since I like them so much.

I bought the Hotec Kitchen Tweezer Set hoping for more control than traditional tongs, and for most uses, these really deliver. The stainless steel is solid and high quality, with a ribbed, matte surface that gives a secure grip even when things get greasy. Both the pointed and rounded tips are well-designed—the pointed ones are great for precise tasks like flipping bacon or arranging vegetables, while the round tips handle chicken wings and fish easily. The 12-inch length is ideal for keeping hands away from heat, and I’ve had no issues using them over a grill or hot pan. Cleanup is also a breeze—dishwasher-safe and no signs of rust or wear after multiple washes. Where they fall short is with heavier cuts of meat. These tweezers aren’t quite up to the task of flipping steaks or pork chops. They lack the leverage and grip strength of regular tongs and feel just a bit too delicate for those heavier jobs. Overall, an excellent tool for lighter and more delicate cooking. I reach for them often, just not when a ribeye is on the grill. If Hotec makes a heavy-duty version, I’d be first in line.

Absolutely love using these while I cook and flip food around. Super easy to use and helpful when frying, sautéing, and grabbing small food. Easy to clean and easy to store. Super functional and durable. Would recommend!

The grip is exceptional on this product. The size is perfect. Being stainless steel makes them extra sturdy. There are 2 versions in the box. Pointed ends and a pair with round ends. What a great value for the money. These are perfect for delicate & precise grabbing of food. I love them. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.
