This is a great product and easy to use. Having a large family and bags of ice in the freezer, I needed more freezer space. This ice maker is small but makes ice really quick, its small enough so site on the kitchen side and takes up little space so ideal for us. Just fill up as the instructions show, takes just a few minutes to make ice and will fill up any ice used so the internal bucket is always full automatically.

I had been looking for an icemaker for a long time. I wanted something that was not too big , quiet and was good value for money. I have had this a few months now and have found it to be an excellent product. It’s very quick and you can easily have a good amount of ice cubes in a short time I just put them into bags and store in my freezer tray so I always have a good supply. The cubes are not too big so easy to store in the freezer. I’m not disappointed with this product and would recommend it to others.

I have tried to turn the machine off, but it will not turn off. Also, the ice compartment (where the ice is dumped after it's made) is too small so I can't get my scoop into it to scoop out the ice cubes. Probably the least useful ice machine I have had (and I've had a lot of them--they generally last about 2 years, as a footnote). New comment (Oct. 7, 2024): Broke down within 3 months of delivery. Says "ice full", it is not. Says "add water", the resevoir is full. Got a patronising reply from seller telling me "turn it off" when it didn't turn off. Added to scoop ice from side. It is extremely awkward to do so as the cubes fall over the side.

Great little machine, makes ice quickly. have to let it do around 2 cycles before you get proper full "cubes" but after that it's great. Only downside to it, is it really is for events or occasions as the ice does not stay frozen when it is in the tray. So I have had to take the ice out and put it in the freezer to keep frozen. But can see how this would be great for BBQ's or other events like that.

I honestly can't believe we didn't buy this sooner. I was always frustrated with the quality of ice from supermarkets—defrosted and refrozen, often in big, chunky masses with a strange smell. But I never thought that an affordable home ice maker could deliver. However, this little machine has exceeded our expectations. Whenever we invite a few friends over for Friday night pizza followed by drinks, it keeps up perfectly. It churns out a fresh batch of ice every few minutes, ensuring our drinks stay cold without the need to rush to the store. Plus, it's surprisingly quiet, so we can let it run in the background while we enjoy ourselves. We even hosted a larger party and relied on the machine to produce tons of ice, which we stored in the freezer. No more need for those low-quality supermarket ice blocks when we can make our own.

Hi I have only had this item 6 months and it has stopped working. Can you please contact me. I bought it September 2024 for a Christmas present and it was onlynused in January, it stopped working in March but there doesn't seem to be anyway of returning

When my fab Geepas ice machine gave up the ghost I ordered this as it seemed a good price and looked like it would do what I needed. Ice bullets are tiny and only one size available (yes I should have re read but expected 2 sizes as all machines have). Slow to work. Storage for ice cubes is tiny and difficult to get the scoop into - Im keeping m,y fingers crossed it lasts over Christmas and New Year and will then be spending a bit more to get a decent machine. update = after a problem with a sensor that we could fix the machine is now leaking water like the Titanic all over the place - solution apparently is to chek the pipe is attached - you can do this from inside the machine but then have to remove the basde case to ge to the bottom of the machien - if I do this and tear it down it invalidates warranty - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What an amazing piece of kit. Once unpacked I gave it a rinse through with spirit (White) vinegar and water, then a rinse of fresh water. Following tips from other positive reviews I used chilled mineral water (still), switched it to making ice and waited. After 7 minutes it produced 8 perfect ice cubes. Then during the Euro 2024 final it supplied enough ice to feed our many drinks and half fill our ice storage container (pictured). A couple of tips, if you are going to make ice to store for future use, empty the cubes into a colander lined with kitchen roll to dry them, this will stop them sticking together. Don't leave them in the ice maker for too long as they will melt.
