Magnesium is a remarkable mineral that many people, including cardiologists, don't yet fully appreciate. In most cases, even a minimal 400 mg. of magnesium can quickly eliminate heart palpitations and restore a normal heartbeat. It happened to me. Not long ago, my cardiologist told me that only invasive heart surgery can cure chronic palpitations. Cutting a few nerves inside the heart seemed like a barbaric solution, so I did some research, and I discovered Magnesium Citrate. (The citrate form of magnesium seems to be easiest for the body to utilize). Later, when I told my doctor that Magnesium had cured me, he wasn't surprised. He said he knew magnesium has a calming effect, but he never made the connection. He now prescribes magnesium to his patients. I'm still waiting for him to at least say "thanks" for educating him. Medical science is slowly beginning to recognize the healing and restorative power of supplements in a daily maintenance program; and also as a cure for many health complaints. And in my opinion, Solgar makes the best and most carefully produced nutritional supplements on the market.today. I saw where one person said this helped their RLS . Mine was so bad that I was having a very hard time sleeping at night since it seems to get worse in the evenings. Ordered a bottle of the Magnesium Citrate , and received it within a week . Took one pill before bed time , and was a little skeptical . It worked withinn 15 minutes , and my legs just stopped twitching . I thought maybe mind over matter , but it really does work !! Have taken a pill at night for the last month, and have had the best sleep in a very long time. So very happy to have read that review !! Love this product , and would buy from seller again !!

I've been using magnesium citrate for years to treat constipation, as recommended by my gastroenterologist. The Citrate form works differently in the body than the other type, Magneium Oxide. The magneium citrate offers all the same mineral benefits of the other varieties but it also helps pull fluids into your intestines which makes it easier to pass stool (i.e. go to the bathroom) Typically at least 400mg is needed in healthy individuals to have that effect. I have to take 800mg, as recommended by my doctor for my IBS-C and severe constipation. These tablets are the strongest mg I've been able to find at 210 mg per pill. They used to be 200mg but over the past 6 months the new version is now 210mg per pill. That being said the biggest issue I have with all versions (not just this company) of magnesium citrate is that they are giant horse pills. They are mostly available in tablet form which makes them even more difficult to swallow. I once got one stuck in my throat and had to go to the ER. Not fun. After that incident, I take these with a lot of water and do so completely sitting upright to avoid anything that could makes pill get stuck again. I've tried other companies to see if I could find a smaller pill, but out of the countless versions I've tried they are all the same size. I always come back to this brand. I take these daily and it is the brand I trust the most not to have any additives, fillers or harmful ingredients. You might find a cheaper price in a different brand but I don't trust those no name companies when it comes to food and safety regulations. Also as a side note, I did try a version by a different company that were softgels. They were the same giant size as these but were a little easier to swallow due to the softgel form. However... the dosing is not the same as the tablets so you have to take almost twice the amount to get the same effect. For me It sort of negates making it easier to take them if I have to take a larger amount. So I am staying with these for the long haul.

Working wonders on my daily pain. I'm still sorting out the proper dosage for myself.

I love magnesium, it helps calm you as I have a stressful job so my body depletes it very quickly. Other benefit is that it cleans you out if your feeling bloated which instantly makes you feel better. Great bang for your buck as it does so many wonderful things for your body!!!

La pastilla es bastante grande pero se puede tragar bien y es más efectiva que otras que he probado de marcas distintas y en formato cápsulas que había que tomar dos. Con esta solo una toma en la noche y genial. Duermo muy bien, y me siento con más energía.
