Great story

Loved this book for young kids to help them learn the importance of seeking to understand and building relationships with your family. Was our summer learning assignment but we’ve read it a few times since because we’d liked it so much!

I read this book to my 2 and 4 year old grandkids. It’s a delightful story with bright illustrations. Mango helps grandma and her grandchild communicate. Brilliant plot.

This was a great book, describing the behind the scenes look at how some families have to adapt and overcome some adverse situations and how those ultimately bring them closer together

My 8 yr old kiddo loves this book. She can definitely relate to it as her grandma has a bird named Mango same breed too. Their are words in Spanish so if your are not fluent I don’t recommend it.

My kids love this book. I enjoy the Spanglish. We are raising the kids bilingual but they prefer English. The Spanish words Mixed in help me feel like I am not completely neglecting the language.

I bought this book for my 3 year granddaughter. Favorite book because it’s about a grandmother and granddaughter relationship. She calls it her Nana’s book.

My daugther loved it and keeps asking me to read it over and over.
