Within a week of receiving the product, the bag began to show signs of severe structural failure. Specifically, the stitching on the front pocket started coming undone, and the interior lining began peeling away. For a brand that markets itself on durability and quality, having a product fall apart within days of normal use is completely unacceptable. However, the experience became significantly worse when I reached out to the manufacturer for support. The Issue with Customer Support: 1. Categorical Denial: Despite providing clear photographic evidence of the defective stitching and peeling material, the Furjaden team dismissed the claim as "wear and tear." It is logically impossible for a high-quality bag to suffer "wear and tear" damage to its structural stitching within a few days of delivery. 2. Lack of Accountability: When I challenged this assessment, I requested a formal "Deny Letter" or an official rejection document to escalate the matter. My requests have been met with silence. 3. Unprofessional Communication: I have sent multiple reminders, yet the seller continues to ignore my messages or provide a resolution. Conclusion: This has been an incredibly stressful and time-consuming experience. It is clear that the warranty offered by this brand is merely a marketing tactic and is not backed by actual service. I feel let down as a loyal Amazon customer. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this seller. If the product arrives defective, you will likely be left with no support and a broken item. I am still waiting for a formal response and a full refund or replacement, as is my right for a defective product.

Amazing build quality. Sturdy and firm. It is faux leather but looks good and classy. Spacious enough to carry laptop and one pair of cloth with some accessories. Stylish as well. Will update the review after usage.
