Looks good. Easy to install. You only need a philips screwdriver, an adjustable wrench or two, and silicone caulk - no fancy tools needed to get this in! Hardest part is getting old faucet out and cleaning the attachment surfaces on the sink. Doesn't require a separate set of connector hoses to the tap. The ones included are gloriously long and appear to be good in quality. Hose weight correctly weighted, but don't count on placement sticker for where to attach it - go for lowest part of straight hose before it curves at the bottom. Cover plate for unused two holes is satisfactory and looks clean. Water blending very smooth and easy to control. Pull out piece has a quirk I have come to prefer where you can shoot the stream at oblique angles if it's not seated all the way in - handy for multitasking as you fill various things for soaking in the sink. I have really strong water pressure so I hardly ever switch it into sprayer mode because it is like a mild pressure washer if water is on full blast. I really like that spray/stream mode selection is not dependent on what water pressure I select at the lever. I also really like that this faucet is tall enough to fit a pur water pitcher between it and the top of the sink for easier refills. This faucet is obviously designed for use by people who actually use their kitchens and costs half as much as anything comparable in the local hardware store. 5 stars.

2nd UPDATE: the doodad that connects to hose to the water pipe separated again flooded my new cabinets — plumber is coming to replace it monday. the faucets is gorgeous but there is some design flaw that causes the faucets to come loose. what a nightmare. UPDATE: we initially had the faucet installed by the general contractor that did the renovation. over time the water pressure diminished & a couple of weeks later it started to leak into the cabinet. we scheduled a plumber & went to lowe's to buy a new faucet in case this one was a bust. the plumber arrived, crawled under the sink and reconnected the faucet in 5 minutes. The faucet has worked without a single problem since then LESSON: HAVE A REAL PLUMBER INSTALL THIS FAUCET not a know-it-all general contractor if you're gonna DIY it- read the instructions, then read them again & be sure to click the hose connections correctly ========================== we purchased this faucet in october but our renovation went long and we finally installed it last week we were so excited - it is beautiful HOWEVER: after 3 days we noticed that the water pressure is dropping & are at a loss as to how to fix it. abyone know how to contact the manufacturer?

This looks great in my kitchen and works well. Attractive, brushed steel finish matches my sink. Installation took about 2 hours, start to finish on my own (not a professional plumber, but fairly handy). I made sure I had some teflon tape and plumber's putty on hand, then forgot to use the tape and the connections proved to be water tight without it. The plumber's putty is used to seal the bottom of the deck plate to the top of the sink and prevent any water from leaking through, but since the plate includes a soft rubber seal, I suspect the putty is also not absolutely necessary as long as the faucet is securely tightened during installation. I get a little splashing in spray mode because the jet stream is so strong, but it's minimal if I angle the spray away from my silicone sink strainer, which seems to act like a trampoline for water. My wife is very pleased.

I loved the look of this faucet. After having it for about a year, it sprung a leak, which cost a couple of hundred dollars to have a plumber come in, not to mention the water damage caused to the kitchen cabinet. I reached out to the company and they sent me instructions on how to take the faucet apart and fix it. I tried it, didn't work. I reached out again and they sent me another faucet. THE SAME THING HAPPENED, in under a year. When I asked for a refund, they told me that it was past the warranty. STAY AWAY. The faucet construction is inadequate and the customer service is a run around. Too bad because the design is lovely. NOT WORTH THE ENORMOUS TROUBLE.

I love it. have had it in for a few months now. very handsome. my wife loves the look, the functionality, and the ease of use. don't have to worry about kinks or frays, the stream choices are helpful. she enjoys washing dishes again. she said some more stuff but I'm tired of typing. just get it.

It looks beautiful and feels quality. Within 2 months, the sprayer started sticking when turned on. Eventually I could not turn the sprayer on at all. I have had this a year and am looking to replace it because I really want the sprayer option to work. Going to stick with Delta and just pay the money to get quality.
