There are various scandalous sellers out there, specifically Beecon Learning LLC in TX selling these books as the official Dr Seuss catalog 40 book set which would include 5 of the 6 no longer published books. Do not buy it, it’s a scam. Even the picture shows several of the non published books. If you are not familiar with the complete list of 40 books (which are numbered) These are them. Unless it include these 40 books new hardcover plus the hat it’s a scam. I love all Dr. Sues books! For some reason I can’t seem to add this selection to my cart. I’m very disappointed 🙁

When I inventoried the books that Dr Seuss wrote vs what was delivered, I was disappointed. The Grinch who stole Christmas was left out.... One fish Two fish left out. Out of 45 Seuss books, I received 23 that Dr Seuss actually wrote. Others were "Dr Seuss Books" but not written by the author. Not as depicted. Not worth what I paid. They sent a note saying books were removed from availability and substitutes provided, I am however, building on this inventory one book at a time. So far no issues, including a book written in the 1930's Buyer beware. Felt hat is not something to consider in purchasing either. Wont fit any head I know.

Same problem “buying options” is disabled. Looks like Amazon is caving to extremists trying to sensor the beloved Dr. Seuss.

Still listed 3 moths after purchase as on its way. Guess Amazon can rank with Hitler in book burning..at a distance too !! There is nothing about these books that are racist. It's just the lefts race card throwing tactic because these books were so popular with parents and kids and doesn't fit Critical Race Theory. Buyer beware of Amazons socialistic ways to demonize the books they ALLOW to be read. Will pay off account and see if Kindles can fly since Alexa spies on your house even if you think it's off it turns on and updates.

Not all of the books in the image are being shipped. For example, the book "And To Think I Saw it On Mulberry Street" is one of the discontinued titles. They won't ship it and you won't get it. Not even close. And you will also get five mini books despite that the image makes them all look like regular-sized books. The 40 books you do get you could buy separately for far less than is being demanded. But you will get the Hat!

Not only was my order 2 weeks late, they also didnt send the books that they advertised were in the collection. Since I've ordered they have taken down their list of the 40 titles in the description of what they were selling!

False advertising! You will not get the 5 books that are no longer being published, Even though they are listed in this set. You will get 5 children/toddler books in their place.
