HX711 Weight Sensor ADC Module Kit + Digital Load Cell 5KG for Electronic Scale Also for Arduino, with Scale Display Module, 3.5x1.35mm Power Wire

I bought three of these kits and they have all work perfectly. They were not available for a while, so I'm glad to see DAOKAI has more in stock. The aluminum load cell and the HX711 amplifier can be purchased elsewhere, but what make the DAOKAI product different is that everything needed to build a scale is included in this one kit. To build a scale, the load cell must be properly mounted between two surfaces. This kit includes two, predrilled plexiglass disks with all of the mounting hardware. I do not use the LED display module which is included and I understand from reviews of it elsewhere that figuring out how it operates is tricky. I connect the HX711 amplifier to Arduino-type microcontrollers with inexpensive OLED displays. There are a number of detailed websites, like the Random Nerd Tutorials, with sample code describing how to interface the load cell and amplifier with a microcontroller. Once calibrated, these scales are amazingly accurate and connecting them to a microcontrollers opens up the possibility for a variety of interesting projects.

This product works as advertised but the loadcell I received the screw holes were warped. :( ----- Plus the instructions where not that clear.

Fun kit. Requires a little soldering. It came with straight headers, which I think are a bad option. I soldered the load sensor (metal bar) wires directly to the hx711 and then put a 4 pin 90 degree header on the side that the display connects to. Everything works great.

The only docs are on this site. Picture of assembly could be better. I'm not sure if I assembled it correctly as there are counter sunk screws but no counter sunk holes I can find. However, it comes right up with the provided controller board once the 4 pin header is soldered.

Very nice kit. Accurate to the grammar. Easy assembly. Left button Tare Middle and right are calibration Simply set a known gram weight on the scale and adjust the middle and right buttons until the display indicates the correct value. Watch my video.

I bought this kit hoping that it would be a self-contained "known good" unit. That's because I have similar HX711 Arduino units that I'm working with. But, despite assembling this very carefully, it does not work as advertised. It wouldn't calibrate and was giving weird readings. And that's apart from next to zero documentation. So, it basically was just a waste of money and time for me.

Aus der Beschreibung war für mich nicht ganz klar was das "Display" macht. Es ist eine Anzeige die direkt mit dem HX711 arbeitet. Somit kann ich es nicht für mein Arduino Projekt nutzen, sehr schade dasss die Produktbeschreibung nicht eindeutig genug war.

動作はしましたが、取説が無くボタン操作の方法が分かりませんでした。また、基板の取付が分かりませんでしたので動作確認程度にしか使えません。

HX711の知識がないと、どこにどう半田付けして結線するのかわからない 液晶表示の補正方法もボタンが3つあるが中国語でこれも試行錯誤が必要 補正用のおもりが200ｇで表示が70ｇなら「補正減」をずっと押し続ける 4桁数字の上2桁が補正値のようだが、 「去皮」の意味が？？？である。 ロードセルの意味を理解している必要があるので☆三つ 取説があるともっと高評価なのだが、、、
