I love my pre workout 🏋🏻 I’ve been using Transparent Labs Lean Pre-Workout for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. If your goal is body recomposition (building lean muscle while cutting fat), this formula is a great fit. Down 20 pounds First, the energy is smooth and steady. no crash afterward. The caffeine level feels just right, especially if you train early in the morning or after a long day. Second, I love how transparent the label is (true to the name). No proprietary blends, no hidden ingredients, you know exactly what you’re putting in your body. The focus and mental clarity during workouts are noticeable. I feel locked in, especially during strength training sessions. It also mixes well with no clumps, and the flavor is clean not overly sweet or artificial tasting like many other pre-workouts. Off the bat, what a great pre-workout! I am accustomed to Nitraflex Testosterone Pre-Workout Powder in Fruit Punch; however, I've since started CrossFit, so I no longer need to enhance my performance as a bodybuilder would, and I was impressed. I tried it today for the first time. I took it 30 minutes before my CrossFit training, and I was lit. There was some jitteriness, the taste was great, it mixes in great, and it was effective. Not to the level of Nitraflex Testosterone Pre-Workout, but it most definitely stands on its own, and I will repurchase it.

My favorite pre-workout, once I found out about this one I had to try it since I'm sensitive to pre-workout and protein. After reading the ingredients it was up to my standards and once I felt how perfect of a ratio it was I was sold. It's not too strong with caffeine but has enough oxygen boosters to really give me a great pump. It's not too stimulating like some other pre-workouts but gives me the right amount to have my arms and muscles popping out of my skin like a balloon. Great stuff and doesn't upset my stomach. Great stuff

Good taste. It's on the pricey side, but doesn't give me the aggressive skin tingling that other preworkouts give. Other options I've tried make me sweat immediately and tingle all over. It feels like a more relaxed and firm energy boost than getting hit with a freight train.

I tried this on a Friday and I got sick during my workout. Lightheaded, upset stomach. Did not attribute it to the product. Flash forward to Monday and had the same reaction. I will not try it again. I only use 1/2 a scoop, too. I have used their Bulk formula in the past and thought I would switch up and try this Lean formula. My mistake. Every body is different, this stuff may work for others. Won't work for me, trash bound. It does dissolve easily however after sitting for just a few days in the cabinet without the dessicant in the container the formula starts to get hard. Taste is okay. Value? Used about 1 scoop and threw it out, so real poor. ****UPDATE**** I was contacted by the company within 24 hours of my review and they offered and provided me a full refund for this product. This was totally unsolicited on my part, they reached out to me. I certainly appreciate their understanding. I want to thank them for that.
