Lovely little one
Small but mighty! Love to use in so many ways, over tripod, monopod and even as compact mount for lights . Good quality for the price.

Nice little ball head, but you need to apply a lot of force in order to keep the camera in one position and not to move. I have a Sony A6700 and a Sony 70-350 lens and it is too small for my application. Unfortunately I have to return it for the above reasons.

Perfect for my EDC mini tripod

The tripod I use the most had a ball head similar in design, but not compatible with arca swiss quick release plate. I got this to be able to quickly swap cameras and other gear that I' using with the arca swiss standard. A nice surprise, unless the ball head on my older tripod is that when loosening knobs, it is not possible to over-loosening and cause the knob to fall out. That exact thing happened with the old one at bad times on location and even after being stored in my trunk for a while from the vibrations. This one is stronger, smaller, and the quick release plates it comes with are great because of the notches that allow for tethering.
