This is good pasta I have been hearing that food in Italy is made different and the food there doesn't make you gain weight like here in states It's more expensive but worth it the texture the was sauce bonds to it natural proteins with out any additives

What can you say about dried pastas from Gragnano?! They are simply the best; dried slow and long and with impeccable attention to the grain being used! 10 Stars!!!! Enjoy

I used to use a different brand of imported pasta, but the tour guide on a food tour in Naples said this was better. She was right. I think it is the best.
