You get more than seeds in the package
The bag has seeds and lot more stuff….dirt and husk remains of the seeds…now I need to clean in small batches before I even consume it….very disappointed with the quality.

Organic Halim Seeds are super good and the quality is exceptional.. I enjoy having them by soaking with overnight and having them with Greek yoghurt in morning.

Busta salvageeschezza con chiusura ermetica contenente 300g di semi di crescione. Made in India Con il loro aroma speziato, i semi di crescione hanno un sapore a metà tra il ravanello e la senape. Ecco perché si possono usare come ingrediente extra in zuppe, condimenti e salse o semplicemente cospargerli sul pane. I semi di crescione possono essere aggiunti al frullato (verde) per dare un tocco speziato. Si coltiva anche in casa, in vasi o cassette o in qualsiasi recipiente purché adatto, in posizione luminosa ma non soleggiata, in terra o sabbia o torba sminuzzata. Dopo venti giorni dalla semina si procede alla pelatura dei fusti, asportando le foglie. ISTRUZIONI Prima mettete a bagno i semi per soli 15 minuti, poi versate l'acqua e mettete i semi in un barattolo per la germinazione. I piccoli semi impiegheranno 4-10 giorni per crescere in germogli piccanti e saporiti. Il vaso dei germogli deve essere posto a temperatura ambiente e non esposto alla luce diretta del sole. Durante questo periodo, sciacquateli più volte al giorno con acqua tiepida. Il crescione si raccoglie con forbici o coltello, recidendo le foglie come per le altre insalate da taglio, le foglie sono pronte per la raccolta quando sono alte tra i 5 e i 10 cm di altezza. Si può raccogliere finché non va a fiore.

Aggiungere semi alle pietanze è un ottimo modo per renderle più ricche in proteine, minerali e renderle più sane e equilibrate, i semi di crescione possono essere un ottimo alleato anche se consumati appena germogliati in insalate e come guarnizione. Buon prodotto, prezzo nella norma.
