Worth the money, with proper care, you're set for life with this one on quality and durability.

Funny what gets us excited as adults. I've been lovin this baking sheet. Stainless steel body with an aluminum core. Stainless steel gives nice durability and easy to clean (can scrub it hard without damaging it, unlike aluminum sheets), while getting the desirable even heating qualities of aluminum from the core. Included rack is nice. Looks great and I've used it for meat roasts of all kinds and roasting veggies. Plenty big enough to make dinner for multiple people. It feels expensive for what it is but if you could at any sort of regular frequency, I find it easy to justify the price for the quality of the materials and good function.

This review is for the Hestan Provisions OvenBond Quarter Size (9" x 12.5") Baking Sheet and Cooling Pan. I am completely delighted with this baking sheet. The baking sheet is deep, so it contains oils and liquids. The small size is perfect for daily use. The cooling rack can also be used during baking, so it can raise foods above the baking sheet so that foods can be cooked from underneath without sticking to the baking sheet. The polished stainless steel finish looks great, and the pan has integrated handles. An especially nice design detail is that it does not have rolled-over rims that would collect water, oils or food debris. The straight sides make it easier to clean. The baking sheet and cooling rack are dishwasher safe. However, you should wipe them dry after washing so that they don't get hard water stains.
