Great staple to have in reserve
Ahh lentils, the great vegan staple. I always have a bag of these and red lentils on standby. I much prefer green lentils for taste and nutrition. These are tasty, filling, cook easily and take on multiple seasoning.

May contain cereals containing gluten
I love lentils and eat them daily.. Being gluten intolerant seeing that they may contain cereals containing gluten makes me sad because they are only lentils and are naturally gluten free.. My digestion has been playing up since I started consuming them so i'll have to stop.
