I recently picked up the POWERTEC 71698 3" T-Track Intersection Kit, and it’s been a game-changer for my woodworking projects. I've purchased, over the past several years, basically this same kind of miter slot, in different lengths, from a random Chinese brand, Peachtree, Incra, and now Powertec. The random brand had a paint coating, and it's not uphill from there. Now, Incra, well, there wasn't even 0.002" deviation across the whole length, and it had a thick even anodized that made it slide metal bars silky smooth. It had no scratches , nicks, or anything marring it. If you want the best... However, it was about 3x the cost of this miter slot from Powertec, by the time shipping was added, when I needed this for a bigger new router table, and I've been happy with other Powertec products. This miter slot has a bit if a grabby coating, and some minor deviation from true across the length of it. Now, for actually sliding a sled down it, a bar on the bottom of the sled will be 10"+, all to move just a few inches. The actual performance difference that will make is going to be about zero. It also had some dings on it, including on the inside of the track. I removed them in seconds with 2500x sandpaper, then worked the sandpaper on the inner track sides, then wiped in paste wax. No more grabbing, all for about two minutes of work. On the whole, I'd call these about on par with my Peachtree one, and definitely worth buying. But, I also must admit, it's not on par with any of my extruded aluminum Incra priducts, all the same.

Great addition

These threaded knobs can always be fabricated easily enough with a hole saw and some bolts and some glue, but having a set readily available, with the right-length T-track bolts to go with the knobs - is sometimes worth the extra money. These were worth the extra money.

This kit fits the Powertec T-Track, and the Belupai T-Track perfectly. The threads seem to be not metric, but used with the threaded nuts that come with it, it works fine. I waxed the track to make sliding easier.
