Fjallraven Mini Kanken Backpack

Sometimes I don't like carrying shoulder bags/crossbody bags, so I usually always choose this backpack as my everyday bag. It's not too big, and not too little. Can carry my usual essentials and more when needed. Not too sure if this is a replica or the real deal, but the quality is well-made and worth the price!

I love this backpack! I have the classic as well, which I use to carry my stuff when I'm going to work, but it's way too big to use as a regular purse. This one works perfectly though! It is really small, but it's honestly pretty much the same size as some other mini, purse-sized backpacks I have. They do take some breaking in, but my classic broke in really quickly. I haven't had a chance to use this one as much, but it's already getting looser. The black also gets a bit dirty looking pretty quickly (more faded than dirty really), which I prefer. The classic I have though is in frost green and doesn't show dirt in the same way. You can fit a lot in the bag, more than I can typically fit in my other mini backpacks. I've put a book, my wallet, and a couple pencil-case size pouches that hold all my other stuff and it's still got more room. I feel like it will be great for when I go hiking too so I can carry along a book and some food or something (for a short day hike, clearly). Plus it just looks cute and not something you see everyday, or at least you don't see them a lot around here.

The brand holds to its name and I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a small backpack. It's comfortable, small but holds a lot. I use this bag for festivals and its great because its water resistant, doesn't get dirty to easily, holds so much, and is easily washable. If you're worried about the straps not having pads, they sell attachments for that that work very well too.

My seller was Chica Major and i would totally recommend them (specially with the good deals they've got), the bag seems authentic and I compared it with my other standard size kanken that i bought at Journeys 4 years ago and all the details are identical (stiff and good quality fabric -vinylon-, zippers, etc.), the only things that arent simillar are the dots that appear in the A's of the logo, but that is something that doesn't bother me since Fjallraven themselves change frequently. About the product itself, the size is ideal, and fits everything i need for college: In the main compartment: 24 oz hydroflask, 3 a5 notebooks/binders, phone, wallet and wet wipes Side compartments: in one -tiny alcohol spray and sunstick- and in the other side -my pen, hightlighter and a pencil Front pocket: lip balm, lip tint, oil paper sheets, rare beauty blush, travel perfume spray and a 2 color eyeshadow palette About the color i love it, even if it gets dirty pretty easily. If in the future i buy a laptop version of the kanken, id choose/recommend other colors such as vibrant colors, or muted like greyish color (my fog one doesnt get that easily dirty) or even brown/sand/clay. About the straps, im a tall person of 170 cm height and the bag gets till my lower back, so i dont think the straps are so short as some people declare.

Great small backpack with room for what you need on a short hike or a day out. The brand is fantastic, their other items are equally high quality. Construction is very sturdy and durable. The material does well in light rain. Highly recommend.

I’ve owned this backpack for the past 2 years and it’s my favorite adventure bag. When i’m traveling, going to the pool/lake, staying the night at a friends house this is always the bag i reach for. I can fit my Ipad, snacks, a camera and 30oz stanley in this backpack. It’s comfortable, durable and convenient!

I really like the size of this backpack. It's tiny but can store quite a lot. I deduct a star for the color, though. Black is a horrible choice. It seems to show every little scuff or speck of dust immediately. After one day, it actually looked dirty. If you want it, definitely get it - but avoid black at all costs!

I caught this on sale and have been so happy with the quality, value and size. I own the larger laptop one and wanted a smaller one for trips where I didn’t need as much room. I walk everywhere and purchase groceries, ect and use my backpacks as a method of transporting all my purchases. So happy I bought it.

Como en sus especificaciones viene, es mini, y en mi caso para lo que la necesito que es para cargar cosas pequeñas está perfecta. Es original y con las características apegadas a la descripción del producto. Si lo que buscas es algo compacto y ligero, esta es una buena opción. Yo sí al recomiendo. Mide aprox. 30cm. de largo por 25cm de ancho.

Lovely little bag suitable for children, my niece uses for school she is eight fits very well looks great too.

I love this bag! The black colour marks quite easily so needs to be wiped down but overall it's amazing. I use it as an alternative to a handbag because normal handbags give me back ache, whereas the Kanken provides relief and can fit a surprising amount in it.
