Love it so much, if something isn’t cooked in clay, I almost don’t want to eat it. Season as directed and use the recipe that comes with.

Is not flat like is supposed to be! So the heat is not distributed even.

Comales are concave by design.
Comales are not flat , they are all concave, at least the clay ones. They must be properly cured, not seasoned, cured with lime, water and heat.
