Solid, and weighs enough to secure the bottom end of a double-ended speedbag.

Fill it up with water and attach it to the bottom of your heavy bag to keep the sway down. You will need to provide your own straps (bungees work) that thread through a middle connection to the bag. The middle strap connector looks a little flimsy so I don't leave it under tension all of the time. That seems to be effective.

The water bladder leaked and made a big mess in my garage. It leaks from the threads of the screw on cover. Plumbers tape did not help. I guess if you use sand it might be ok. But buy one that works like everlast

My husband put it up in our living room and uses it EVERY SINGLE DAY. He bought it to test his reflexes which have gotten better since practicing on this every time he walks by it. Great quality. Our kids hang from it and pull on it too and it is still in perfect condition.
