This lift is EXACTLY what I needed. I have been home and wheelchair bound for 19 months. Never being able to leave home was taking a serious toll on my mental health and was straining my relationships. The lift arrived quickly, five dsys sooner than estimated. Once here, it was surprisingly simple to put together by following the illustrated instruction booklet and the video provided when deciding to purchase. It is sturdy, easy to maneuver on all hard surfaces, and I always feel safe when I am being raised/lowered. The lift/lower functionality is ridiculously simple; both my husband and I are able to perform the task with no trouble. The lift seat is comfortable and does not have any pressure points. This lift is worth every penny. I am SO thankful to have it. It easily lifts me from my wheelchair into the front seat of our Ford Escape.

Easy to put together. Strong. Bought it to transfer my mom from bed to chair and vice versa. Haven't used on her yet but tried on me. I'm 190lbs and it lifts me up easily. EDIT: It doesn't work for my mom. The person has to be able to sit up supporting their own weight. My mother is a stroke victim and is not able to support her own weight sitting up.

Other Than the instructions being not so great it was somewhat easy to figure out didn’t need a whole lot of tools, they came with it. Best deal ever great for sis and worth it but wait found out it didn’t have a manual and it didn’t come with the back support! Not cool I give it a 0 for not coming complete and the seller won’t send without part number! But I didn’t get a manual!!!! Skip this purchase… sorry Well just over 30 days now so I can’t return! Wheels already started to shred no good very upset about that… then can’t keep anything tight enough so anywhere a screw watch out!! You’ll have to continue to check it and make sure all bolts are on tight. I take my sister everywhere on this due to I don’t have a wheelchair van. My suv is just right for this contraption. Like said previous the manufacturer gave me a hassle about the back part of the chair now I have to buy wheel replacements due to shredding wheels so all in all … with this brand DONT BUY!!! Look at other brands or manufacturers and check all reviews! Just saying. So NO stars but have to put one just to place a review.
