I'm a teacher and found this outfit was ideal for World Book Day. Gloves are a bit small.

Cheap and cheerful but not without being good quality! Sewn well fit great on our 11 year olds head and mine!

The gloves and bow tie are fine. Unfortunately the fabric used for the hat is so thin and lacks structure it will not stay upright once someone is wearing it. A good floppy hat but one that needs some kind of a support structure.
