I've been using this for two and a half years and it was like a miracle for my afib. Might start taking a second dose in the early afternoon to keep from wanting a nap about 4:30. - Hair regrowth: My scalp feels tighter, and feels like it is doing something. Day 18 - Aches and Pains: It has not helped my aches and pains. Not noticeable anyway. - Energy: here it’s a win, definitely helps in the energy department. It is evening out, no longer need that afternoon nap. - Hair growth: I think this is also going well. I think I feel my existing hair getting stronger, and it looks like I might be getting some new growth. Still early days.

I've had fibromyalgia for many years and about 13-14 yrs ago I learned about D-Ribose for people with this syndrome. It works very well or I still wouldn't be using it!

I didnt notice any difference. The bottle came pretty dented in so im glad it wasn't for a gift or else I would have felt bad giving the one I received.
