Don't buy, dead plants received
I would really urge people to not buy from Ixora, I bought 5 plants from them and all of them were dead and I got no response or assistance from them.

Horrendous quality.
The root ball is full of clay. It was extremely dry when it arrived with zero prep for the week-long transit. Tried seaweed spray, and other shock-reducing treatments to nurse back to life, but my plants all died. You can see the pathetic condition of the grow bag upon unboxing it. Seller, Alamin, in West Bengal initially offered to take back and refund. But then cancelled the pickup and is now unreachable. This seller (Ixora Farming / Lifes Looks Retail) is not trustworthy. Don't walk, but run away.
