Easy to apply but did not really impress me.

Cold but wet
I ordered these in the longer sizes so had more wrap around, these are great at cooling and pain relief for 2 hours but your top will get wet on top, bit uncomfortable in colld weather, may help to wrap an additional crepe bandage over them.....

Effective in reducing swelling
This bandage is helpful in cooling & reducing swollen limbs which helps with pain and healing. It’s long enough the wrap around a knee several times and will stay in place. Very effective
