I used this grill as soon as I took it out of the box. Loved how my chicken looked when I grilled it it was quick and easy to assemble. This is actually the first smokeless grill that I purchased that really was mostly smokeless. Other grills said that but there was a lot of smoke coming from them. I would recommend this to my friends, especially those that still live in apartments.

I bought this as a gift for a friend and they are extremely satisfied. It does everything it promises to do and more. It’s easy to use. It has great grill quality and it looks great!

I liked this grill, the off-white one looks cute however, there are many pieces to clean afterward. Overall quality is great but it's not 100% smokeless as I thought. I wish the fans would work better.

works great for around 5 time, after that, smoke gets inside of house, .. every time we use, it gets worse.

It took awhile to learn to setup but it's perfect. I love the size and the fact that the chicken breasts had real grill marks and was delicious. the family raved over the taste and thought it equal to any outdoor grill taste but so much easier to clean and can be used in all kinds of weather. It comfortably held 6 large chicken breasts and some ears of corn.

I would give zero stars if I could. I received this item and when unboxing it, the lid was the first thing to come out and it had a cloudy film on it. Then I realized the power control board where you would turn it on and off also had the same residue. It was a greasy dried film. I returned the item and will not be ordering again. It’s unfortunate because this item had great potential.
