This tea is very good and smells amazing. It did come with the box flattened and the bags falling out, but they it in a bubble mailer...it was fine because I store my tea bags in a glass jar anyway

We love this Tazo Earl Grey tea. It has a nice fresh flavor and is very smooth to drink. Much better the other brands we’ve tasted.

I have been drinking Earl Grey tea for over 60 years and this is the best (in bags) I’ve ever had and the only one I will continue to buy.

I LOVE the flavor of this Earl Grey. It's very bold and flavorful. The caffeine level is too high for me, sadly. Info is on the box so you can decide if it's right for you.

Excellent product! Just a little light on flavor for someone who loves a knockout punch from his tea and coffee! But still worth buying, and I will definitely buy it again, because it is quality-made.

I've been drinking Tazo Earl Grey Tea every morning since for the last 26 years. That's since 1998, just four years after Tazo Tea was founded. Except for a few years in there, when I drank Tazo Full Leaf Earl Grey Tea, until they discontinued it. Then I went back to my trusty old standby: Tazo Earl Grey teabags. The consistent quality over all those years is frankly AMAZING. I've never had a "bad batch" of Tazo Earl Grey. And I must have consumed... Over 14,000 bags of tea (assuming 1.5 cups per day, because I drink 1-3 cups depending on my caffeine intake at the time). Maybe I'm biased, but I've tried a lot of other brands of earl grey tea over the years and nothing comes close! No other brand has the pleasant tea that's not too bitter combined with the STRONG bergamot like Tazo. Other brands use bitter tea, and don't put enough bergamot in it. Or they add something gross, like lavender. Lavender flowers are pretty and they smell nice, but they do not belong in Earl Grey tea! Having a cup of Tazo Earl Grey tea really makes my morning. If I don't have a nice steaming cup of the fragrant beverage, I'll feel peeved and out of sorts. I'll try to replace it with other teas - at this point I usually just go with black tea, since other brands take on Earl Grey is universally disappointing. But it's never quite the same. I've tried the organic variety from this same brand, and I don't like it as much. I don't know why, but the quality is not as consistent, and the bergamot is not as strong. It's a little weak compared to this tea. I hope they never change it. Tazo Earl Grey forever!

This is a nice tea. Pretty much an earl grey but it’s a pleasant flavour.
