Well worth the expense, looking foreward to future volumes!
Got my book yesterday and though I haven't sat down to read it fully (I've been reading it online), I did flip through it and read here and there for a QC check. For anyone curious, and maybe this is a spoiler?, it ends right as some unwelcome, hostile idiots show up, so if you're only reading the book, it's a cliffhanger. I'm pretty sure it stops at S1E24. If it matters to anyone, it's printed in China. It's a hefty thing and well made. The binding wasn't so tight that it was hard to open, but I don't know if it will lay flat. I generally don't test my books like that because I want them to last. There's no slip cover, so I'll probably make my own or get a fancy clear one to protect the corners from rubbing off. The print quality is really nice, but the colors seem muted or softer somehow than the online version; I'm sure it has something to do with the conversion between digital and print. It's not bad, just different. It kinda makes it feel cozy, if that makes any sense. Rather than the vertical nature of the online comic, this is set up to be read horizontally, like a regular comic. It was a little jarring to go from the vertical format to the normal book format, but they're able to fit more on a page that way, and it was quick to get used to. Whoever designed the book did a fantastic job because from page to page, the flow of the art is really well done. The entire thing is start to finish full of art, from the cover, to the interior work on the cover, to the pages themselves. There are a few pages in the back that show sketch work, and a lead in page for the next volume (that doesn't exist yet). I'm assuming sales will determine when the next volume is out, since there's enough online already to support another one, much less probably easily three more. And holy moly, is it something else to see everything on something larger than a phone screen! If you're not mentally prepared to see Riftan and his bare chest on an entire page (I'm looking at you, first frame of S1E2), uh, you're going to get an eyeful. LOL. Because of the size of the images, admiring the details of all the dresses and background art is a lot easier, so I appreciate it! TLDR: A beautiful book, worth the cost and the bookshelf space!

I'm left a bit confused.
I've got the comic version of this book, the ebook version, and the audiobook version. I think I went overboard this time. lol ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– This book follows our female main character, Maxi, as she makes her way with her new husband to her new home in Anatol. What she doesn't tell him is that she feels she is unworthy of his time and attention, as he is the knight that took down a dragon and she has a stutter that she is ashamed of. She also believes the servants of her new home will think less of her since there are certain things she is unsure how to do. Her father beat it into her head from a very early age that she is less than because of her stutter so how will she get past this to be the wife she wants to be? ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– I'm still angry that it took me 2 months to finish this book. I enjoyed the comic version of this book more, honestly, since I love the color. I don't know why I preferred comic version, other than that it took me less time to get through, but here we are. I'm not sure how I feel about Maxi but I do wish she'd sit down and have a real conversation with Riftan. I feel like a lot more would be accomplished by having an actual conversation since they haven't gotten to know each other yet. Riftan keeps making assumptions about what Maxi's thinking at the beginning of the novel, especially, and I find it to be really annoying. I feel like a lot of their conflicts at the beginning could be avoided with a real, live conversation with full-on honesty. I feel bad for Maxi at the beginning as well, especially when it comes to the physical abuse she endures at the hands of her father. No wonder she feels like Riftan deserves better! Not that I agree with that sentiment, of course. I'm hoping Maxi continues to feel the courage to stand up for herself because she deserves to do so since she's the lady of the house. I'm glad she was able to spruce up the house but I feel she could have done more with it. Yes, I'd obviously recommend this book. I want more magic in the sequel and more conversations between Riftan and Maxi. I'm just hoping as well that she finally gets the chance to stand up to her father like she deserves to.

Love love love
Let me start by adding I've read the novel and the web manga on manta. I absolutely adore this series and was so excited to have a physical copy of the web manga. This book is beautiful. The quality of the pages and the layout was done really well. My only complaint is that the color doesn't seem as vibrant in the book as when I read it online. It seems very dark and dreary. I hope the next volume is a bit crisper in image and color.

Gorgeous UTOT Hardcover Copy!!!
I'm absolutely thrilled with my UTOT hardcover copy 📖. The gold foil title, the book's sturdiness, and the thickness and glossiness of the inner pages give this book a high-quality feel. The fully colored panels bring out the beautiful artwork, scenery, and, of course, Maxi's gorgeous outfits! 👗 The story is captivating because of Maxi's and Riftan's relationship and the character development 💜 The author incorporates a good amount of romance, magic, hardship, perseverance, etc. Kudos to the teams involved in this long-awaited hardcover copy - for the book's writing, adaptation, translation, editing, illustrations, and publishing! I eagerly look forward to owning future hardcover copies of the comic and novel. ❤️

Beautiful hard cover and comic
The artwork is all very pretty, and I love the quality of the hardcover. I prefer having both the novel and comic since the novel has so much more detail, but it is wonderful to SEE the characters that I have been reading about.

Siempre quise tener en físico este cómic y por fin puedo tenerlo (y también la novela!). Tengo ganas de que salga ya en verano el segundo volumen.
