My husband and I have been buying this for years. I have replaced it with coffee some mornings but drink it each time I workout. It does not give me the jitters but it does wake me up so I’ve learned not to drink it after 5pm. My favorite flavor is juicy strawberry and my husband loves the peach mango tango flavor. I put it in a shaker bottle and it dissolves easily. Amazon’s pricing is the best I’ve found.

I bought this to replace coffee and I’m loving it. It gives me a nice caffeine boost without the usual coffee side effects, and it tastes great. Here’s my flavor ranking so far: 1. Tropical Sunrise – My favorite 2. Peach Mango Tango - Very good 3. Fruit Fusion – Very good 4. Green Apple – Reminds me of apple pie 5. Orange – Not too sweet, not too bitter 6. Watermelon – A bit sweet, but good 7. Juicy Strawberry – Also sweet, but still good 8. Concord Grape – Very grape; can get old 9. Rainbow Sherbet - Not recognizable - just sweet 10. This taste great and really gives me the boost I need to get my day started and before workouts. I highly recommend this product if you need a little push to start your day. Great value for my money.

Slightly on the sweeter side, so I tend to add more water. By far my favourite flavour I've tried so far, less artificial tasting than some of the others I've tried.

I use this as a pre-workout and it works like a charm. Tastes great, love the sour fruit taste. Gives me the boost I need to do any cardio and strength and assists in recovery afterwards. It does not give me the jitters like the other pre-workouts so I can sleep with no issues if I work out in the evening.
