I didn’t like the taste — I drank it by force. It dissolves easily, but you need a spoon in addition to shaking, because a little bit stays stuck at the bottom of the cup. It’s very sweet, and it tastes like medicine — you drink it with a little disgust)

I was looking forward to something that would boost my hydration intake & bonus for no caffeine. As soon as I opened the packet it smelled just like kool-aid from when I was a kid, which I loved. I started off with the recommended 16oz of cold water, but upped it to about 24oz with lots of ice. The taste was just a bit too thick and strong for me at 16oz. The ice makes all the difference. It mixed really easily & has a tart berry taste with a slight saltiness to it. And I love that it has a bunch of good vitamins, calcium, etc in it. I will say I was skeptical about the energy it would provide, but after drinking, i definitely felt less sluggish. Can't wait to use it while breastfeeding, once I pop this baby out! Would definitely purchase again!

The taste is good. After using it for a week I noticed I felt more hydrated and had an extra 2 ounces eat pump so possibly helped my milk supply.
