Great looking parcel box. While the parcels can be secure, the letters can be taken out. Probably they shouldve made the letters fall also where the parcels go so that it doesnt stay on top when inserted. We found also that you can insert something from the inside and take it out from the outside through the letter slot, like money or documents so you dont have to go out anymore. I think it serves its purpose. Just a little scratches here and there, but will see how sturdy it is as we use it.

Nice heavy box, well built and should last for years. Very satisfied.

the letter section does not communicate with the package area. The letter section is small--maybe 2 days of letters and magazine.

This works great and was pretty easy to install. We just made a quick concrete base, and then screwed the bolts in. The only thing is our sticker is peeling off.. but not a huge deal

It arrived damaged. The box looks to be of good quality. It just isn’t usable in the condition that it arrived.

The main thing I will say is I believe that it will prevent your packages from getting stolen. But not letters. The letter go into a slot in the top which have to be removed from the back. Which negates the reason I ordered one that needs to be opened from the front. As well as when the letter is put in there you can reach in a pull it back out. As well as it showed up with paint chips and dings.

After losing three packages in two months, I invested in this. It’s been six months and zero thefts since. The box is tough, the lock works perfectly, and it’s big enough for most things I order.
