Yes, I finally uses my pan. Bought it specifically for a class. I was surprised as to how easily the tart came out. When I looked at the finished product I was concerned.No problem and it cleaned beautifully. The only issue, which was totally my error, I needed to place the tart pan into a sheet pan or cookie tray before blind baking my crust. The crust was so buttery, it leaked onto the oven floor and set off my smoke alarm when I opened the oven door. Now I know better. As you can see, I did add the pan for the final baking. Very happy with the product!

Love it! Really sturdy. Bottom plate doesn’t shift while using pan

Love the pan, but the body of the tart is had to separate from the bottom without a sturdy shell to hold it all together. I'll try to use more flour on the bottom next time.

I bought this tart pan to replace one which didn’t have a removable bottom. I am a convert, the removable bottom is an absolute must! No more parchment strips under my tarts to use as lifting handles. No more cutting in the pan and scratching it up when my tart can’t be removed. The non-stick coating ensures that my tart never sticks. I like the darkness of the pan as well because it helps my crust to be more crisp… no soggy bottoms! It’s a wonderful pan and a functional addition to my kitchen.
